KEPPEL Pacific Oak US Reit (KORE) on Wednesday posted a second-quarter distribution per unit (DPU) of 1.56 US cents, 4 per cent higher than a year ago.
For the half year ended June 30, DPU was 3.10 US cents, a 3.3 per cent increase year on year. The distributions will be paid to unitholders on Sept 24.
