KEPPEL Infrastructure Holdings and China Harbour Engineering Company have jointly clinched a HK$31 billion (S$5.3 billion) contract to design, build and operate Hong Kong's first integrated waste management facility.
The firms were awarded the project through their respective units - Keppel Seghers Hong Kong and Zhen Hua Engineering Co - in an international tender.
