Keppel T&T's Q3 profit up 31.2%
KEPPEL Telecommunications & Transportation (Keppel T&T) posted a 31.2 per cent increase in net profit to S$18.5 million for the third quarter ended Sept 30, 2014, after the market closed on Friday.
Revenue for the same period stood at S$53.7 million, up 29.5 per cent from the same period a year ago.
For the nine-month period, net profit was up by 6 per cent to S$48.2 million, while revenue stood at S$153.6 million, a 26.1 per cent increase.
Earnings per share for the group stood at 3.3 Singapore cents for the quarter, up from 2.5 Singapore cents; earnings per share for the nine-month period were 8.7 Singapore cents for the nine-month period, from 8.2 Singapore cents in the corresponding period the year before.
Keppel T&T's counter closed unchanged at S$1.59 on Friday, before its earnings were released.
