Keppel units break ground on fourth data centre
A JOINT venture between Keppel Telecommunications and Transportation (Keppel T&T) and Keppel Land has broken ground on its fourth data centre in Singapore.
Privately held Keppel Data Centres Holding is developing the new Keppel Datahub 3 close to Keppel's existing data centres Keppel Datahub 1 and 2. When completed, it will comprise about 183,000 square feet of gross floor area and will be Keppel's second-largest data centre after Keppel Digihub.
The data centre will be developed to Tier 3, carrier-neutral specifications with security systems.
