Keppel's incoming CEO to join board as exec director

KEPPEL Corp's chief executive officer-designate Loh Chin Hua will join its board as an executive director from next month when current CEO Choo Chiau Beng retires.

He will also succeed Mr Choo as chairman on the boards of the group's key listed and non-listed subsidiaries: Keppel Land, Keppel Offshore & Marine, and Keppel Infrastructure Holdings.

Mr Loh, 52, has been with the Keppel Group for 11 years and has more than 25 years' experience in real estate investing and fund management in the US, Europe and Asia.
