Key executive appointments at CapitaLand
CAPITALAND Limited has made several key executive appointments, the real estate company said in a Singapore Exchange filing on Tuesday. They will take effect from May 1, 2017.
The new appointments are Ronald Tay Boon Hwee as chief executive officer (CEO) of CapitaLand Singapore; Wen Khai Meng as senior adviser of group strategy, CapitaLand Limited; Wilson Tan Wee Yan as deputy CEO of CapitaLand Mall Asia; Tony Tan Tee Hiong as CEO of CapitaLand Mall Trust Management Limited; and Beh Siew Kim as CEO of Ascott Residence Trust Management Limited.
Lim Ming Yan, president and group CEO of CapitaLand Limited, said: "CapitaLand proactively reviews the roles of management to ensure renewal of talent bench strength.
"These key leadership appointments reflect the depth and strength of CapitaLand's management team, enabling us to provide executives with appropriate development opportunities to acquire and develop new skills and capabilities required of CapitaLand's transformation journey.
