KING Wan Corporation has secured two new mechanical and electrical (M&E) projects in Singapore, worth a total of S$20.7 million.
The first has to do with the supply and installation of M&E works for a 6-storey light industrial factory located at Yishun Industrial Park.
The second comprises sanitary, plumbing, gas installation and minor sewer works for 6 blocks of 16/17-storey residential buildings at Sembawang, for a public housing development.
The projects have begun, and are scheduled to be completed by 2015.
King Wan's order book stands at S$187 million, with contracts lasting to 2018.
