Kitchen Culture announces potential deal to raise up to US$20m in funds
CATALIST-LISTED Kitchen Culture Holdings said on Wednesday that it is "in the midst of considering" a potential transaction which involves the issuance of convertible notes to a potential investor to raise funds for up to US$20 million.
The distributor of high-end kitchen systems added: "Currently, no legally binding terms have been reached between the parties at this preliminary stage as the company is still negotiating with the counterparty on the terms of the potential transaction and the definitive agreements."
Kitchen Culture Holdings said that it will make further announcements should there be material developments.
