KKR helping Lee family finance S$0.90-a-share offer for 800 Super
When offer turns unconditional, offeror will issue fixed rate bonds and convertible preference shares for subscription by KKR's funds

THE Lee family that owns 800 Super has made a voluntary conditional offer for the Catalist-listed rubbish collection firm in a bid to delist it.
The Lees are offering S$0.90 in cash for each share, in a deal that values the company at S$161 million. They do not intend to increase the offer price.
