KL High Court grants Ambank summary judgement in civil suit against Falcon Energy
FALCON Energy said on Wednesday that the Kuala Lumpur High Court has ruled in favour of Malaysian lender AmBank in its application for summary judgement in the civil suits commenced against three wholly owned Falcon Energy subsidiaries, the company and PT Bayu Maritim Berkah.
Falcon Energy is filing a notice of appeal to the Court of Appeal.
The company said it will continue to engage lenders and stakeholders in its restructuring exercise.
