PROPERTY developer KOP said on Wednesday that certain subsidiaries of the group have received a notice from the court of Batam, Indonesia.
The court notice is in relation to a statement of claim filed on Dec 15, 2017 by Dominic Andrla to cancel the lease and unit management agreement for two units of a property owned by the KOP's subsidiary.
A court hearing has been scheduled for March 13.
KOP said it is of the opinion that there are no merits to the claims and is in the process of seeking legal advice to defend the claims.
