A KOREAN film production group is seeking a listing on the Singapore Exchange's Catalist board.
Spackman Entertainment Group, which owns film production labels Zip Cinema and Opus Pictures, lodged its preliminary offer document for its proposed initial public offering (IPO) with SGX yesterday.
It intends to use proceeds from the listing to invest in films produced by the group or third parties and expand via acquisitions, joint ventures or investments.
