A SUBSIDIARY of food court operator Koufu Group has entered into a joint venture agreement to bring the Supertea and R&B Tea brands to Indonesia as it seeks growth in new markets.
The group will have a stake of 32.4 per cent in the JV through its subsidiary Super Tea's 54 per cent interest in the venture.
