KSH bags S$146m contract to build research building for NUS

CONSTRUCTION and property firm KSH Holdings on Monday announced that it has clinched a S$145.7 million contract from the National University of Singapore (NUS) to build a research building comprising 16 floors and a basement.
The project, which will lift KSH's order book to over S$360 million, is expected to start on April 1, 2017, and complete within 24 months.
The project is expected to progressively contribute positively to KSH's financial performance from FY2018.
On the stock market, the counter closed half a cent lower at S$0.545 on Monday before the deal was announced.
