KSH Q2 profit more than triples on China project
PROPERTY firm KSH Holdings on Friday said net profit for the second quarter more than tripled on higher contributions from associates' business in China.
Net profit for the three months ended September stood at S$23.2 million, against S$6.74 million a year ago.
Its share of results of associates rose to S$22.2 million from S$5.4 million in the year-ago period, mainly due to S$15.8 million contributed from the development property project - Liang Jing Ming Ju Phase 4 - Sequoia Mansion in Beijing, China.
Revenue fell slightly, by 0.9 per cent, to S$62.1 million.
