KTL Global not lifting trading halt as it prepares announcement on auditor's report

KTL Global will lift its trading halt only when the stock market opens on Aug 17 as it is preparing an announcement in relation to a report by its statutory auditors.
In a statement published on Aug 15, it said that the Singapore Exchange had granted it a two-day extension of the trading halt till 5 pm on Aug 16, which it takes to mean that no later than 9 am on Aug 17.
KTL Global had halted trading of its counter on Aug 10 before the stock market opened, and it went on to furnish updates on its collaboration with business partners on Aug 11. The halt has been in place since.
The counter last closed flat at S$0.116 on Aug 6, before it went into the trading halt.
