AFTER doing so badly that its mainboard listing was subject to a reverse takeover a few years ago, the former Kyodo-Allied Industries will relist under a different name, and on the Catalist board this time.
Weiye Holdings, a Chinese property developer that injected its business into the listed shell of Kyodo-Allied in 2011, said in a Singapore Exchange filing on Friday that it has lodged a preliminary offer document for a spin-off of the cleanroom equipment manufacturing arm, now called Eindec Corp.
