LARGE-SCALE green finance promises are good omens for what the world will hope for a successful UN Climate Change Conference, as the event better known as COP26 prepares to enter its second and final week.
There have been major financial pledges from more than 40 countries so far as they promise to shift away from coal, which accounts for 37 per cent of the world's electrical power.
