Latest AGM, EGM schedule for Singapore listcos

THE majority of Singapore-listed companies with December fiscal year-ends have opted to take advantage of new regulations that allow shareholder meetings to be deferred, according to data compiled by The Business Times (BT).

Some are, however, going ahead with their annual general meetings (AGMs) or extraordinary general meetings (EGMs) in the coming month, opting to give shareholders access via live webcasts. Those conducting physical meetings are also beefing up temperature checks, travel and health declarations, and restrictions on attendance.

This comes as regulators update their rules and guidelines in response to the coronavirus pandemic:

Here's a list of how Singapore's listed companies and trusts are proceeding with their AGMs (or EGMs, if stated), to be updated by BT as and when there are developments:

- "Confirmed" status: Opting for live webcast and/or convening physical meeting on a confirmed date. - "Indicative" status: Opting for an extension of time without confirming the means of conducting the meeting, with some giving an indicative date.
