LCT Holdings expects to report a loss for the second quarter for the fiscal year 2018.
The group, formerly known as Longcheer Holdings, said on Tuesday that the loss will be mainly due to an increase in maintenance cost for the investment property in Xi'an, China, based on a preliminary review of its performance.
LCT will disclose full details of the group's financial performance when it announces its quarterly earnings on or before Feb 14.
