Ley Choon units win repair and maintenance contracts worth S$36.9m

CATALIST-LISTED Ley Choon Group Holdings, which builds underground-utilities infrastructure and road works, said on Thursday that its units have secured four contracts worth about S$36.9 million in total.
Under the contracts, its subsidiaries Pan Alliance Technology International Pte Ltd, Teacly (S) Pte Ltd and Chin Kuan Engineering and Contractors Pte Ltd have been engaged for the repair and maintenance works of underground services and underground infrastructure construction works.
The contracts are not expected to have material impact on the company's earnings or the net tangible assets for the current financial year ending March 31, 2021.
None of the directors or controlling shareholders of the company has any interest, direct or indirect, in the contracts, it said in a statement.
Shares of Ley Choon closed up 0.1 Singapore cents, or 7.69 per cent to S$0.014 on Thursday.
