Lim Swee Say joins Tat Seng Packaging as independent director
CORRUGATED paper packaging products manufacturer Tat Seng Packaging T12 : T12 0%on Friday announced that former manpower minister Lim Swee Say has joined its board as a non-executive independent director.
Mr Lim will also chair Tat Seng's nominating committee, and serve as a member of its audit & risk and remuneration committees.
Real estate developer Ho Bee Land had on Thursday also announced that the 66-year-old retired politician would join its board as a non-executive independent director from Friday.
Mr Lim was also appointed as an independent director at Singtel in June this year.
Shares of thinly traded Tat Seng last closed at S$0.77 on Sept 24.
