Linc Energy continues to climb
Singapore
SHARES for oil and gas firm Linc Energy surged 52 per cent, or 8.2 cents, to close at 24 Singapore cents on Monday, one day after the firm told the Singapore Exchange (SGX) that it is in compliance with listing rules, and is not aware of any information not previously announced that might have caused its shares to trade up the week before.
Some 18 million shares - multiple times its three-month average volume of 1.03 million - changed hands, making it one of the most heavily traded stocks on the Singapore Exchange.
