FOLLOWING the completion of a reverse takeover (RTO) two months ago, Livingstone Health Holdings is mapping out expansion plans to boost its offerings as a multidisciplinary specialist healthcare group.
The group said in a regulatory update on Tuesday that it is looking to increase its range of services and number of clinics and medical practitioners.
Livingstone's primary healthcare line comprises Phoenix Medical Group (PMG) which provides family medical services in Singapore. The tertiary healthcare line, on the other hand, houses medical specialists in the fields of anaesthesiology and pain management, internal medicine, orthopaedic surgery and aesthetics. It now operates 12 clinics and one medical spa in Singapore with 16 doctors, supported by 57 staff.
