LMIR Trust secures S$100m 3-year term loan facility

THE manager of Lippo Malls Indonesia Retail Trust (LMIR Trust) on Wednesday said that LMIR Trust has obtained a S$100 million three-year term loan facility through its wholly owned subsidiary, LMIRT Capital Pte Ltd.
The money is meant for refinancing existing loans, it said.
