COMMODITY giant Louis Dreyfus Company is ramping up its vertical integration and will continue to explore strategic partnerships and investments that will better enable the company to meet changing consumer needs, chief commercial officer James Zhou said in a recent interview with The Business Times.
Such changing needs include desires for healthier foods and value chains that are more transparent, as well as an increased emphasis on environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues.
