EXPLORATION and production energy company Loyz Energy Ltd expects a significant gain of approximately US$19.3 million from its wholly owned subsidiary's 20 per cent acquisition of three onshore oil concessions located at Phetchabun Basin, Thailand that was completed in April 2014.
On Tuesday, the Catalist-listed company announced that Loyz Oil Thailand Pte Ltd agreed to the full and final settlement of the outstanding payment due to Carnarvon Thailand Ltd.
