CONSTRUCTION cum development group Lum Chang Holdings reported a one per cent dip in net profit for the full year ended June 30 to S$29.52 million. This was despite a 36 per cent surge in revenue to S$426.1 million and a S$14.6 million share of profits of associated firms.

The flat results were due to fair value loss on investment properties and an absence of divestment gains.
