M1 fined $25,000 on 3G outdoor service coverage

M1 has been fined $25,000 for falling short of outdoor service coverage requirements on the 3G network by the industry regulator, Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore (IDA).

The IDA's decision follows the completion of its Q2 and Q3 2013 audits of mobile operators' performance for nationwide outdoor service coverage.
