NEWLY privatised telco M1 on Tuesday announced its move to simplify its mobile offering, with one base plan each for SIM-only and handset bundles, replacing its existing 19 plans starting Tuesday.

This is the first of its transformative efforts, said CEO Manjot Singh Mann at a media briefing. Besides customisation of mobile offerings, its three other pillars of strategic transformation include simplification of customer experience, evident from its newly launched website on Tuesday; synergies with the other Keppel Group companies; and exploration of future platforms both in the consumer and enterprise space.
