M1 WILL supply and install digital television equipment for low-income homes under a programme to provide them with continued reception of free-to-air TV channels after Singapore switches over to digital broadcasting by 2020.
The contract, part of the Digi-tal TV Assistance Scheme for low-income households, was awarded by the Media Development Authority (MDA) following an open tender called from March 20 to April 22.
