SHAREHOLDERS of Catalist-listed Magnus Energy Group had shot down all the 10 resolutions at the annual general meeting (AGM) on Wednesday, ousting the chairman and two other directors.
Independent auditors Moore Stephens were also not re-appointed by shareholders.
