FOUR requisitioning shareholders of Magnus Energy Group are exercising their rights to convene an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) to remove and appoint directors as soon as possible.

This is because Magnus has failed to hold the EGM they had requested by the statutory deadline, they wrote in a letter to the company on Thursday.
