Malaysia's Aspen launches IPO on Catalist

MALAYSIA'S Aspen (Group) Holdings has launched its initial public offering (IPO) on Singapore Exchange's Catalist board.
The property developer is offering 173.3 million shares at 23 Singapore cents each. Of these, 4.35 million shares are for the public and 168.9 million are placement shares.
