Man and machine are bosom buddies at Dyson's Tuas facility

HIGH-TECH manufacturing has not put anyone out of work in Dyson's operations here, vice-president Scott Maguire is happy to say.
The Singapore-based Mr Maguire, who oversees engineering and operations for the British consumer electronics company, told The Business Times: "We aren't trying to use automation to get more efficiencies or less labour costs, or any of those things."
