Manufacturing Integration Technology bags S$18m semiconductor equipment orders
MANUFACTURING Integration Technology (MIT) on Monday announced that it has secured new orders worth S$18 million for its semiconductor equipment, bringing its total outstanding order book to S$23 million.
These outstanding orders are expected to be delivered in the next two quarters. The latest orders of semiconductor equipment will be used to produce devices primarily for the mobile communication and memory sectors.
MIT said that the new orders are expected to "contribute positively" to the group's financial results for the half year ending June 30, 2017.
