Mapletree Commercial Trust Q2 DPU rises to 2.24 cents
A FULL-QUARTER contribution from Mapletree Business City I, as well as higher contribution from VivoCity gave a lift to results for landlord Mapletree Commercial Trust (MCT) in its second quarter.
Distribution per unit crept up to 2.24 Singapore cents from 2.05 Singapore cents in the year-ago period, the group said in a Singapore Exchange filing on Wednesday evening.
That came as Q2 income available for distribution jumped 20.6 per cent to S$64.7 million from the preceding year.
For the three months ended Sept 30, gross revenue jumped 21.7 per cent to S$107.2 million from the previous year.
Net property income climbed 23.4 per cent to S$84.4 million from the previous year.
MCT units closed S$0.005 or 0.3 per cent higher at S$1.59 on Wednesday.
