Mapletree Industrial Trust's Q2 DPU up 5.3%
MAPLETREE Industrial Trust on Tuesday reported a 5.3 per cent increase in distribution per unit (DPU) to 2.60 Singapore cents for its second fiscal quarter ended Sept 30, 2014.
This was on the back of a 10.4 per cent increase in distributable income to S$45.4 million, which in turn was underpinned by higher rental rates secured for leases across all its property segments, as well as revenue contribution from its completed development projects, the Reit said.
Net property income rose 4.1 per cent to S$56.2 million, while gross revenue rose 6.2 per cent to S$77.9 million.
Unitholders can expect to receive their quarterly DPU by Dec 4, 2014.
