ONLINE banking transactions at Malaysia's Maybank are worth RM174 billion (S$58.4 billion) a year, with the volume of transactions expanding at the rate of about 30 per cent a year.
Digital innovations continue to widen the gap between the country's biggest banking group and its rivals, and are fuelling the popularity of its Maybank2u (M2u) platform.
