MAPLETREE Commercial Trust (MCT), which owns the mall VivoCity, on Wednesday posted a 1.5 per cent increase in distribution per unit (DPU) on an enlarged unit base from a placement funding an acquisition that boosted its earnings.
It posted a distribution per unit (DPU) of 2.05 Singapore cents for the second quarter ended Sept 30, 2016.
