MEDIA entertainment company NoonTalk said on Monday (Nov 14) that it plans to raise over S$4.8 million in an initial public offering on the Singapore Exchange (SGX).
The company is offering 22 million shares at an expected price of S$0.22 each, it announced in a press statement.
Its offering comprises 17.5 million placement shares and 4.5 million public offer shares.

It is led by executive director and chief executive officer Dasmond Koh, a Singaporean actor, television host and radio personality.

Applications for the public tranche opened on Monday and closes at 12 pm on Nov 17.
