Memiontec to raise funds in Catalist listing for regional expansion

ANOTHER water treatment firm, Memiontec Holdings, is looking to list on the Singapore bourse, on the heels of a string of others either facing financial trouble or have already been taken private and delisted.
Memiontec describes itself as somewhat of a "combination between Sanli Environmental and Moya Holdings", and is probably known for clinching the S$33.2 million upgrading project for the Tuas South Desalination Plant from PUB, after the national water agency took it over from the embattled Hyflux.
