Memtech International appoints chief executive

MEMTECH International has appointed Gu Cheng Hua as its new chief executive.
Executive chairman Chuang Wen Fu was previously running the company.
Mr Gu, 48, has been an executive director of the company since 2004. Aside from remaining an executive director, he will also retain his current position as president of Nantong Memtech Technologies Co.
From January 2010 to March 2014, he was president of the Keypad business unit and regional head of group sales department in Northern and Eastern China.
