Metro Holdings establishes S$1b multicurrency debt issuance programme
METRO Holdings on Thursday evening announced the establishment of a S$1 billion multicurrency debt issuance programme for the issue of notes and perpetual securities.
The net proceeds from each issue of securities under the programme will be used for general corporate purposes, including financing investments, acquisitions and capital expenditure, refinance of existing borrowings and general working capital requirements, as well as joint ventures and associates.
DBS Bank has been appointed the sole arranger and dealer of the programme.
