WITH the change in visitor profile and Singapore aggressively targeting middle income guests in the past two years, it is timely for American hospitality group Hilton to open its first Hilton Garden Inn here.

This was revealed by its global head John Greenleaf.

Hilton Garden Inn Serangoon opens in May, despite the total inventory of 63,850 rooms across 413 hotels already existing in the island republic.
