MLT posts Q2 DPU of 1.82ct
MAPLETREE Logistics Trust posted a distribution per unit (DPU) of 1.82 cents for the second quarter ended September, an improvement of 6.4 per cent from 1.71 cents a year ago.
Distributable income to unitholders rose 7.5 per cent to $44.5 million, from $41.4 million.
According to the manager, Mapletree Logistics Trust Management (MLTM), the year-on-year improvements were driven by an enlarged portfolio, higher contribution from existing assets because of positive rental reversions, and lower financing costs.
