mm2 Asia sets up joint venture with Singapore composer Dick Lee

mm2 Asia has entered into a non-binding memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Richard Lee, better known as Dick Lee, to set up a 51:49 joint venture (JV) in Singapore.

The producer of movies, and television and online content said on Friday the S$400,000 JV aims to engage in music, artistes, creative direction, consultancy or related industries by Dick Lee as well as any other future artistes.

Mr Lee, 59, is a Singaporean pop singer, composer, songwriter and playwright. He is also a familiar face as a Singapore Idol judge.
