MM2 Asia unit lodges preliminary prospectus for spin-off, Catalist listing

THE Unusual Group, a unit of entertainment group MM2 Asia, has lodged a preliminary offer document with Singapore Exchange (SGX) for its proposed spin-off and listing on the Catalist board.
MM2 said in an SGX filing the lodgement came after MM2 held an extraordinary general meeting on Monday on the proposed spin-off.
MM2 Asia is also on the Catalist board. Its shares finished flat at S$0.485 on Monday before its announcement.
