MOODY'S Investors Service has lowered its outlook on Mapletree Commercial Trust (MCT) to negative from stable amid the novel corona-virus pandemic.
The credit rating agency, however, affirmed the Baa1 issuer rating of the mainboard-listed real estate investment trust (Reit).
