More women and fewer long-serving IDs on Singapore listed companies' boards: report

LISTED companies in Singapore saw improvements in women's participation on boards in 2021, with women making up nearly 1 in 5 directors at the largest listed companies by market capitalisation.
According to the report released by the Council for Board Diversity (CBD) on Tuesday (Mar 22), women's participation on boards of the 100 largest companies on the Singapore Exchange (SGX) grew to 19.7 per cent as of Jan 1, 2022 from 17.6 per cent in December 2020.
